We are more than a dance studio….it’s a community built on confidence, connection, and joy. Founded by Holly, our mission is to create a safe and uplifting space where women of all ages and backgrounds can discover the power of movement.

FAQs

  • Not at all! Most of our classes are designed for beginners. Empower Dance is all about building confidence from the very start, so you’ll feel comfortable no matter your level.

  • You can book directly through our online booking system. Simply choose your class, secure your spot, and you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details.

  • Wear something you feel comfortable moving in - leggings, joggers, or shorts with a top. For Heels classes, we recommend bringing a pair of supportive dance heels (but trainers are always welcome too).

  • Our focus is on creating a safe and supportive space for women, but everyone is welcome who shares our ethos of empowerment, community, and respect.

  • Knutsford

    You will drive up to a barrier that is open, there is a fork in the road and you want to take a right. Drive all the way down and you will pass two car parks, and you are going to park in the last one on your left hand side, Car Park G.

    Northwich

    Drive straight down the left hand side of school entrance and follow signs to sports centre. Park in the furthest car park and access via the INNER side of the sports centre, not the first door you see. The dance studio is up the stairs to your left. call: 07526 801372 if lost

    Biddulph

    Access to the right hand side of the main receptions entrance via the dance studio (sign posted). Call: 07584 902113 if lost

  • Just yourself, a bottle of water, and your positive energy! Mats are provided for stretch classes, but you’re welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
